Our Team
At the Aesthetic Surgery and Laser Centre we pride ourselves on the excellence
of our employees.
Over the years we have seen many changes, and recently with the move to our new centre
in Toorak we have regretfully farewelled Jennifer McLellan, who has been our Patient Advisor for eleven years.
We are delighted to announce that Lucinda has stepped up to the role as Patient Advisor, while still providing a smooth transition for our new Dermal Therapist, Lauren.
Lucinda Stephens
Patient Advisor
When Lucinda first joined our team in 2005 she was taking a break from her previous position
as head dermal therapist in a busy salon, to utilise her exceptional administration skills.
Since then she has proved to be both adaptable and resourceful, enjoying dual roles as Clinical Dermal Therapist and from time to time filling in for Jennifer as Patient Advisor. We are confident Lucinda’s enthusiasm and genuine rapport for our patients will be an asset to her new role.
Denise Pettit
Practice Manager
Denise has managed our reception and office systems most efficiently for three years.
Usually the voice you will first hear when you call us, Denise is always friendly and cheerful, and the organisational brain behind our appointment schedule, with an exceptional ability to remember patients’ details.
Denise has a background in pharmacy work and personal training, with a talent to advise on the application of makeup to boost surgical outcomes.
Lauren Wesley
Clinical Dermal Therapist
Lauren recently joined our team bringing expertise in laser techniques and clinical skin care.
With a Health Science degree in Dermal Therapies, and recent experience with another Melbourne Plastic Surgeon, we are confident she will continue the high standard our clients have come to expect.
Lauren has a passion for providing results driven advice and care, to produce the best aesthetic outcome possible. Lauren works with Dr McManamny to assist some patients with pre and post operative treatments to enhance surgical results.
