The gentle light and electrical energies of elos Galaxy stimulate collagen restructuring, reducing fine lines and wrinkles, and restoring skin to a more youthful state. Brown spots from sun damage and ageing, spider veins and rosacea, and rough skin texture will improve over a treatment series.

elos Skin Rejuvenation: What does the procedure involve?

elos powered by Galaxy uses a unique combination of light and electrical energies to safely break up the pigment and stimulate collagen restructuring and remodeling.

Each treatment commences with skin cleansing, followed by the application of a clear gel to assist the passage of the laser hand piece over the face, neck or decolletage. Several 'passes' of the hand piece follow, concentrating on the areas with visible signs of ageing.

Most clients describe the sensation as a succession of pin pricks, soothed by the simultaneous application of a cooling device.

elos Skin Rejuvenation: Recovery

A return to normal activities is possible immediately following elos Galaxy treatment. The skin may be slightly reddened, but can be disguised with a light application of makeup. Brown spots will appear darker in the days to follow, before becoming less and less noticeable within a week.

Treatments take around one hour, depending on the area treated, and should be included in a course of five for optimum results. Collagen remodeling typically takes three months from the last treatment for final results to be visible.
