Anti-wrinkle Treatment
'Crows feet' or wrinkles caused by laughing, frowning, smoking or worrying can be softened with fine injections to weaken the muscles that cause the lines.
Dr. McManamny offers a personalised treatment program for the temporary relief of moderate
to severe frown lines between the brows in people between the ages of 18 to 65 years. With one simple ten-minute treatment, results can be seen within a couple of days and can last for
up to four months.
What does the procedure involve?
Dr. McManamny will determine where to administer the cosmetic injections by examining your ability to move certain muscles in your eye and brow area. The location, size, and use of the muscles that create 'crows feet' or a furrowed brow vary markedly among individuals.
No anaesthetic is required, but it is possible to numb the area with a cold pack or anaesthetic cream if preferred. A series of fine injections will be administered while you relax in a reclining chair. Most patients compare the sensation to a pin-prick.

Severe underarm sweating that is not adequately managed with deodorants may be controlled
by a series of tiny injections administered to the entire underarm area.
By temporarily blocking the chemical signals from the nerves that stimulate the sweat glands,
the severe sweating stops.

A welcome side effect of our anti-wrinkle treatment is the ability to improve the shape of eyebrows. Careful placement of the tiny injections above and below the brows enables the surgeon to create a rounded, arched or flared brow shape.
Duration
The procedure takes approximately ten minutes. There's no recovery time needed, and normal activities can be resumed immediately.
