At Aesthetic Surgery and Laser Centre, we understand that the right people are important to provide the right advice and care to our patients.
In addition to Plastic Surgeon Dr. McManamny, our staff includes experienced Patient Advisers, experienced Registered Nurses, and Clinical Dermal Therapists.
LOUISE HUMPHREYS RN
Director of Nursing
Louise accepted the position as Director of Nursing four years ago, coming to us with extensive experience in both general nursing, and management of aged care facilities. Her exceptional attention to detail in the procedures and protocols of ISO accreditation ensure our compliance with current standards and practices.
You may also see Louise in one of our treatment rooms as a qualified laser specialist in both skin treatment and laser hair reduction, and Botox injection techniques.
MIRIAM GLEITMAN RN (MIM)
Practice Nurse
Mim is our practice nurse and has worked with Mr McManamny for fourteen years. As well as undertaking most of the post operative care, Mim is an experienced and proficient laser specialist and injector, having treated many patients with dermal fillers and Botox injections.
JENNIFER McLELLAN
Patient Advisor
Jennifer came to our Practice over nine years ago with extensive experience in the role of Patient Advisor, and shares her position with Lucinda.
Jennifer has an exceptional depth of knowledge of the treatment options we offer, and in consultation with Mr McManamny can help patients make the right decisions about their surgery, choice of hospital and financial options.
LUCINDA STEPHENS
Dermal Therapist and Patient Advisor
Lucinda is our talented Dermal Therapist. She sees many of our patients pre and post-operatively for treatments to enhance their surgical results. Lucinda also performs non surgical skin treatments including PCI needling and micro dermabrasion.
During Lucinda’s four years with us she has proved to be adaptable and resourceful, sharing the position of Patient Advisor with Jennifer, and using her administrative skills to assist Denise at the reception desk.
DENISE PETTIT
Administrative Assistant
Denise has managed our reception desk and patient filing system most efficiently for the past year. Denise’s voice is most likely the voice you will hear first when you ring us. Always cheerful, Denise is the organisational brain behind our appointment schedule, with an exceptional ability to remember patients’ details.
Denise has a background in pharmacy work and personal training, with a talent to advise on the application of makeup to boost surgical outcomes.
