When you come for your appointment

When you come for an appointment please remember the following:

  • Medicare or the veteran affairs card
  • Have your insurance information with you
  • Current medication list

You may be able to avoid repeating a study if your information is here. You may also arrange to have the records sent here prior to your appointment.

To cancel an appointment:

Please call on (03) 9827 7179 during office hours and let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can give that time to another patient.

We understand that your time is valuable, and we make every effort to run on time; however, emergencies occur that cause schedule delays. We apologize in advance if we keep you waiting.
